Our transfer and retrieval consultants can offer advice and help facilitate some aspects of the transfer. We can assist with clinical and non-clinical transfers of critical care patients to or from any hospital in the nation, including urgent moves and complex patients.

We want to make this process smooth and efficient. Help us help you by having the notes ready, preparing spare infusions where needed, informing family as required, and confirming the exact destination of the receiving bed. Once the patient is ready to go, we'll bring our own equipment, clinicians, and ambulance, and take handover from you. We'll take it from there.
